More scared of me than me of him

This is a longhorn belonging to Lonnie Ledbetter, an Appaloosa breeder/exhibitor in Granbury, Texas. He gave me and Jeannie (PHJ Editor and Appaloosa lover) a tour of his place while we were there to photograph his stallion. He has 3 longhorns, all of which are scared of humans, which is good, because I wouldn't want to be near that 6-foot spread! They were pretty cool though.
If Texas wasn't flat, it wouldn't be a bad place to live...
